Penang originated in the form of a paste from Cambodia to Thailand. Eventually the locals added coconut milk, chicken, meat etc to create this delicious and one of the most, go to, Thai curries. Less spicy than the equally popular Green & Red curries, it nevertheless is so flavoursome with just enough kick to keep spice lovers happy.
This curry sauce goes ideally with chicken, beef, vegetables or seafood.
