A spicy & intense curry, dating back to King Rama ll circa 1824 (who wrote a poem about it,) found its place in Thailand through the influence of Indian & Persian tradesmen. It has been the Thai favourite for nearly 200 years.
This curry sauce goes ideally with chicken, beef or lamb.
