It is typically made using rice noodles stir fired with a combination of egg, red onion, garlic, vegetables and the addition of shrimp & chicken for the non-vegetarians finished off with a unique (Pad Thai) sauce. Like most Thai dishes it combines hot, sweet, sour, salty flavours.
