Typically made with Pork belly & Pork or Beef ribs but feel free to use the meat of your choice.

 

Ingredients:

Dried Chillies, Garlic, Shallots, Lemongrass, Galangal, Turmeric, Shrimp Paste, Spices, Tamarind, Palm Sugar, Soy SauceFish Sauce, Wheat
