Our Story
Sugar and Spice 15 started with an idea between two friends Farina & Kitty 9 years ago.
Both with a love of cooking.
Kitty with over 30 years of experience in Thai cuisine. Learning from generations of her own family of home cooks and chefs. Recipes she’s incorporated into the menus of Sugar and Spice 15 along with creations of her own.
Kitty is also a professional pastry chef and excels in the art of producing an amazing collection of beautiful and delicious vegan desserts and pastries.
Farina has brought many of her own experiences through her extensive travel in the cuisines of Asia & the Middle East. Learning from many home cooks & Chefs. Generations of her family too had old recipes to share. Some discovered recently.
